You hear a lot of get-rich-quick commercials these days.

This isn't one of them.

I'm Tom Adams and I have a restaurant in Research Triangle Park and I am planning on
starting a restaurant in Southern Pines.  It will be a 3-meal-a-day restaurant with about
fifty seats.

As I said, I am in Research Triangle Park so I can't be in Southern Pines all the time.

That means I need a partner.

My partner might be you if you have at least five years in the restaurant business and
$15,000 of your own money to invest.  Notice that I said your own money.  Not a bank
loan - not money from Mom or Dad - your own money.  You need some "skin in the
game."

Your investment will be about ten percent of my total investment, but you will own a
twenty percent share of our business.

Like I said, this is not a get rich quick scheme.  Running a restaurant is a demanding
job that requires a good mix of people skills, attention to detail and responsible behavior.
